Water Service Fee Tariff
Domestic Use
- 0–5 cubic meters: 3 ETB per cubic meter
- 6–10 cubic meters: 5 ETB per cubic meter
- Above 10 cubic meters: 10 ETB per cubic meter
Commercial Use
- 0–10 cubic meters: 7 ETB per cubic meter
- 11–30 cubic meters: 10 ETB per cubic meter
- Above 30 cubic meters: 15 ETB per cubic meter
Industrial Use
- 0–10 cubic meters: 7 ETB per cubic meter
- 11–30 cubic meters: 10 ETB per cubic meter
- Above 30 cubic meters: 15 ETB per cubic meter
Institutional Use (Government and Nonprofits)
- 0–20 cubic meters: 5 ETB per cubic meter
- Above 20 cubic meters: 9 ETB per cubic meter
Service and Connection Fees
- New Connection Fee: 500 ETB (one-time fee)
- Reconnection Fee (after disconnection): 150 ETB
- Meter Maintenance Fee: 20 ETB monthly
